This is some of the work I’ve done as a writer for animation.
Based on El Hijo del Santo, the Silver Masked Wrestler, this micro-animated series aired in Mexico in Mexico and Latin America, working as pilot for a series that I wrote, produced and developed for Cartoon Network Studios. It was animated by La Mamá de Tarzán and the opening was done by Hook Up Animation, in Argentina. Copyright © Cartoon Network and El Hijo del Santo, 2004.
The Space Ghost Coast to Coast of Latin America, Copa Toon, was a space, no pun intended, where Space Ghost interviewed soccer players. In this episode, which I wrote and produced, it was Hugo Sánchez, five-time-pichichi-winner, who beamed up to meet the talk show host.
Bobots is a series about a group of misfit robots, led by an absent-minded scientist, try to stop evil Lobato from destroying the world, while trying to keep their “steel” together at the same time! An anime fan homage show I created for Cartoon Network Latin America. The animation was done by Hook Up Animation, in Argentina. The animation was directed by Omar Hechtenkopf, the art direction was done by Diego Puente and character design by Fernando Sawa. It aired as a series of micro-episodes through Latin America. Súper Chico is a piece that I wrote, produced and co-created to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month on Disney XD. Animated by Loica, it tells the story of Latino superhero Super Chico, who aided by his magical guitar, tries to defeat every obstacle in his way, including giant beans, ferocious bandolón and a squashing boot, to reach his beloved dama.
